Saturday, October 20th, 2007 Grotto Ministry Center, Oblate School of Theology, 5712 Blanco, San Antonio, TX. 78216 Methodist Healthcare System in San Antonio will host its 7th Annual Walk To Remember.

Registration begins at 5:00 p.m. with the Remembrance Ceremony beginning at 6:00 p.m.

There will be a service of prayer, song, and sharing followed by a candlelight stroll through the grounds of the Oblate Center and dedication of a memorial tree.

Sunday, October 14th, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Tampa Palms The AMEND group is having a candlelighting.

This is what is planned:
All AMEND parents & family invited.
Brief service outside with everyone receiving a candle to light.
Siblings to receive bubbles to blow as well as a picture of an angel to take home and color.
A raffle to raise money for AMEND with the donated items inside the office.

Refreshments, restrooms inside.

Tuesday, October 16th, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Followed by a walk around Lake Ella St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Tallahassee, Florida Walk to Remember.

There will be a candlelight walk, memory quilt, activities for children, information tables & bereavement counselors.

Mass Ceremony to mark the October 15th Remembrance of Babies and Children.
 
Bring your own Balloons, we will be releasing them and white doves following the mass.

Saturday, October 6th, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Schenevus, NY. at Borst Field The Forever in Our Hearts Walk to not only honor the memory of babies lost through miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal and infant death but also honor the memory of children lost at all ages.

Schenevus is off I-88 at exit 18.

The day will start at 10:00 am with registration followed by a short remembrance ceremony, a balloon release then the 2 mile leisurely paced walk. After walk activities will include Food, entertainment, Games for all, rides on the Historical Schenevus Carousel.

We are also honored to have a book signing by Dr. Linda Layne, our Honorary Walk Chair, who is a renowned educator and author of Motherhood Lost: A Feminist Approach to Pregnancy Loss.
